I’ve just seen that you rent out holiday villas.  Does this mean that, if I had a villa built by you, I would have to offer it for rent ?

Most of our home-buyers have had villas built as their new residences on Kefalonia.

However, more and more new customers are recognising the earnings potential of building a holiday villa for their own use and for renting out whenever they are not using it themselves. 

There is no obligation to rent out at all—it just makes superb financial sense.

If the owners use the villa for 4 weeks holiday then that leaves at least 5 months rental income potential.  This could generally cover mortgage repayments.

The long-term benefits are that you get a month’s free holiday each year and a ‘free’ villa at the end.  Once the villa has paid for itself you then own a property of considerable value with yet more potential rental earnings.
