Firstly, you are peddling mis-information on your message-board.  Earthquake insurance is unobtainable on the planet (Act of God). Secondly, your spiteful and pathetic negativity regarding timber-frame houses would make any Californian on the San Andreas fault howl with laughter.  I intend to invest a lot of money in Lixouri in the future.  

I can assure you that your company will not get one penny of mine or any business from me, my sons, or my well-heeled and well travelled circle of friends and acquaintances.

As you will see, on our ‘Useful Links’ page, it is possible to insure a traditionally-built home against the disaster

scenarios often generically termed as ‘Acts of God’.  These include earthquake and forest fires.

It is the Insurance Companies, not Kefalonian Homes , who may discriminate on methods of house construction.

Your wealthy friends and acquaintances would enjoy their travels even more if they were secure in the knowledge that their distant homes were fully insured.

It is perhaps an inopportune moment to comment on house building methods in California. Tragically, in  the last two weeks,  3,300 homes have been destroyed in the wild-fires sweeping the counties of Los Angeles, Ventura, San Bernardino and San Diego.

questions in a comprehensive and unbiased manner.
