I am interested in a house in Skala that was built over two years ago and has not been sold yet.  How can I get to the bottom of this to see why ?  Could it be that it is attached to the house next to it ?  Why would the contractor ( NOT Kefalonian Homes !!) build two houses in a complex next to each other, while the other is built separately ?

The property I am interested in is behind an archeological site and a row of olive trees.  Can anyone block my view by building there ?

There are a lot of very important issues here.

You haven’t said who the contractor is (maybe a good thing for their sake) but if you are unsure then STOP !  Please don’t let your heart rule your head. 

It would be imprudent of us to comment on this situation and we strongly advise you to consult a reputable lawyer (preferably based in Argostoli) to research the whole situation before going any further with this property.
